Return & Exchange

To return or exchange an item(s):

  • • Item(s) must be in unused condition with original packaging. Otherwise, return/exchange will be denied.
  • • Find your receipt email and reply stating which item(s) you are sending back and why. You must contact me within 14 days from the delivered date on tracking.
  • • I will email you back with an address you will send the package to. You must pay for the return shipping cost a using USPS postage with tracking and ship within 14 days from the date of my email to you. Otherwise, return/exchange will be denied and any late packages received will not be returned to you.
  • • I will email you once package is received.

Accepted returns will be refunded the cost of item in the original form of payment used. For exchanges, buyers will be emailed a link to pay for shipping and will be notified once new items are shipped with tracking info.
